Standard
Vimen is a protocol for on-chain index baskets on Robinhood Chain. Each basket token is an ERC-20 fully backed by tokenized Stock Tokens held by its own immutable contract: no managers, no admin keys over funds. Minting deposits the underlying assets in-kind for a 0.30% fee, capped at 0.50% in code. Redeeming burns the token and returns the assets, free and ungated, forever. The contracts are unaudited and deposits are capped at $100K per basket at launch, and Vimen says so plainly. Basket tokens are not ETFs and not registered securities, and they are not available to US persons. Vimen launches with three baskets: MAG7, AI6, and HOOD6.
